2012 Isaac Dickson Hot Chocolate 10K and Kids Hill Climb

Join us for our second annual pre-race pasta dinner!

Once again, we will be having a pasta dinner on Friday night, January 20th, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Isaac Dickson school cafeteria. The menu includes spaghetti, choice of marinara or meat sauce, bread, and salad. All of this yummy food has been graciously provided by EarthFare, Asheville's locally grown healthy supermarket and sponsor!

And this event is not just for runners of the HC10K! Anyone can partake and have a great dinner with friends and family!

Pick up your race packet and stay for Pasta!

If you ARE a runner, though, please use this opportunity come to the school on Friday night between 5:30 and 8:00 p.m. to pick up your runner's packet, which includes your long sleeve shirt and race bib and then stay for dinner. Pick up your stuff a day early, beat the lines and CARBO load!!!

Meal Price and Proceeds to benefit the IDES Learning Garden

The cost for this special meal is only $5.50 for adults with up to two kids eating for free with one paying adult (otherwise $2.25/child). This means a family of six can eat dinner for only $11!!!

All proceeds from this dinner go to support the incredible Isaac Dickson Elementary School Learning Garden, where many of our children have, among other things, came face to face with a real chicken for the very first time!
