2012 Isaac Dickson Hot Chocolate 10K and Kids Hill Climb

In an effort to continue to be greener and ultimately more efficient, we are accepting ONLINE REGISTRATIONS ONLY (via imAthlete) for the 2014 Hot Chocolate 10K.

There will be NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION for the 10K. Race day registration will, however, be available for the 1K Kids hill climb and Marshmallow Dash.

• Registration Opens: June 1, 2013 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern.
• Registration Closes: January 23, 2014 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern or when the cap of 1100 10K racers has been reached.

• Adult 10K (18+) Entrance Fee - until 1 a.m. on 7/1/2013: $23.00
• Adult 10K (18+) Entrance Fee - until 1 a.m. on 10/1/2013: $25.00
• Adult 10K (18+) Entrance Fee - after 1 a.m. on 10/1/2013: $30.00
• Youth 10K (17 & younger) Entrance Fee: $20.00
• Kids Hill Climb (12 & under) Fee (early/race day only): $10.00/$12.00
• Marshmallow Dash (6 & under) Fee (early/race day only): $10.00/$12.00

There are Kids Hill Climb and Marshmallow Dash scholarships available for any Isaac Dickson student that is in financial need. The scholarship will cover the cost of the entry for the 1K event. In order to receive a scholarship, a request must be made in writing to the Brad Johnson, the principal of Isaac Dickson school. Please include the name of your student, the classroom that he/she is in AND your contact information. Mail to or drop off the request by Wednesday, January 15th, 2014 at the Isaac Dickson Elementary School office at 125 Hill St., Asheville, NC 28801. THERE WILL BE NO RACE DAY SCHOLARSHIPS!!!

Isaac Dickson Elementary School PTO has a NO REFUND policy. However, we do offer partial discount codes for cancellations during our cancellation periods. If the event is NOT sold out, a discount code for 50% of your race registration fee will be offered until 5 days prior to the race date. If the event IS sold out, a discount code for 100% of your race registration fee will be offered until 5 days prior to the race date. Discount codes can be used to register for another Isaac Dickson Elementary School PTO event and will be valid for 12 months after the event date.

Substitutions will be allowed with written permission of the person no longer running up to Monday, January 20th, 2014.
